Birthday Luncheon

Celebrate September birthdays with friends and neighbors during The Meadows monthly birthday luncheon. Residents will head to Ozona Blue for lunch, conversation, and a chance to celebrate another month of community birthdays together.

This monthly tradition is one of the many ways residents stay connected and enjoy life at The Meadows.

A Taste for Wine and Murder: Murder Mystery Dinner Party

• 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm @ the Clubhouse
• $10 per person
• Semi-formal attire optional

Step into Underwood Mansion for an evening of mystery, dinner and plenty of suspects. Guests will enjoy grapes and cheese followed by chicken spaghetti while working to uncover the mystery.

Guests will select their table when purchasing tickets. Reserve early to secure your spot.

Dance a la Chair

Wear comfortable clothes and put on your dancin’ shoes! This fun, low-impact chair dance class is a great way to move, stretch, and start your day energized.

Put your music knowledge to the test with Music Mania Bingo. Listen to the songs and cover the matching titles on your bingo card while joining in on competitive games throughout the event. Residents will have chances to win Cove Bucks that can be used toward future events.

What’s Happening Coffee & Guest Speaker

Join the October “What’s Happening” Breakfast sponsored by the HOA. This coffee and breakfast event will feature guest speaker Anna Marie from Pinellas County Consumer Protection.

Learn how to recognize common scams and protect yourself from identity theft, telemarketing scams, real estate and insurance fraud, and other schemes that may target seniors.

Breakfast will include coffee, orange juice, hash browns, and two egg bakes, either sausage and veggie.

Halloween Golf Cart Parade

Get your golf cart Halloween-ready and join The Meadows Halloween Golf Cart Parade. Decorate your cart, line up with your neighbors, and take part in a festive ride through the community with special treats along the route.

Please arrive before 6:30 pm to line up. Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated golf cart and house.

Halloween Party

Celebrate Halloween with dinner, music, and a costume contest at The Meadows. The evening starts with a meal featuring hamburger casserole, lettuce salad, and graveyard brownies. Music follows from 7:00–9:00 pm.

Come dressed for the occasion. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

Calypso Queen Dinner Cruise

• 3:00 pm pickup @ the Community Center
• Cruise tickets are $53 per person

Spend two hours aboard the Calypso Queen for a tropical dinner cruise from Clearwater Beach. Enjoy an island-style buffet, live DJ, dancing, and views from the open-air deck. Tickets include beer, wine, rum punch, and soft drinks.

The boat departs at 6:00 pm. Sign up early so the cruise and bus can be booked based on attendance. Tickets are nonrefundable. Bus transportation is available for an additional $25 per person and must be purchased at least two weeks in advance.

Wine Down Wednesday

Looking for a midweek pick-me-up? Wine Down Wednesdays is our weekly get-together to relax and spend time with neighbors. Bring your own beverage and snacks and join us for a relaxing evening.

Music Mania Bingo

Listen to songs and mark your card when you recognize the tune. When you hit bingo, the fun continues with interactive games, friendly competition, and chances to win Cove Bucks for future events.

The Veterans Club helps our community honor those who have served. Through fundraising, donations, and local partnerships, the club promotes engagement and support for veterans both within the park and beyond.

This special group is made up of couples who have been married 50 years or more. They gather once a month to share their stories, enjoy lunch together, and celebrate lasting love.
