Things you might be wondering about the CreekFire Resort lifestyle.

We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions about Creekfire! If you do not see your question answered, please feel free to call us or submit using the link below.

May I have visitors?

Yes! Maximum occupancy is eight (8) people (this includes the guest and their visitors).  Guest must register all visitors with the front desk prior to their arrival identifying the visitor(s) by name and period of time they will be in the Resort.

What are check in/check out hours?

Check-in time is 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Check-out time is 8:00am – 11:00am

What are pool hours?

Pool hours are 8:00am-10:00pm year-round.

Lazy River and Kids Splash Pad hours are March 1 – Oct 31 10:00am-8:00pm, November 1 – February 28 closed.

When are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10:00pm-7:00am

What is the trolley/shuttle?

CreekFire has a trolley/shuttle that takes guests into Savannah. The trolly picks you up around 9 a.m. CreekFire and drops you back off at 5 p.m. The tour itself only last 1 hour and half, then they have designated spots where you can get off and eat lunch or go shopping. It’s $35 to $45 per adult and we offer a $5 off coupon when you sign up for it.

Can I bring my own golf cart? Do you rent golf carts?

Non-gas motor golf carts are allowed. One (1) golf cart is allowed per site.  Golf carts must be registered with the front desk and must have a visible site card.  Drivers must possess a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years of age.

We do rent golf carts, a 4 seater is $80/day, a 6 seater is $120/day before tax.

Can I make a fire?

Fires must be in contained within the fire ring provided.  Person fire pits are not permitted.  All fires must be completely extinguished at the end of the evening.  Personal grills are permitted on site and must be always attended.  Grills may not be used on top of picnic tables.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we do offer complimentary wifi. Please know it is not intended for streaming services;  signal strength depends on both location and occupancy. If you are needing wifi for business, please consider bringing a personal hot spot.

Outdoor Flags and Signage and Flags.

Guest may not post “Beware of Dog” or “No Trespassing” type signs on the Recreational Vehicle, hereby “RV” (e.g. trailer, motorhome, fifth wheel, etc.) site or in/on the windows of the RV. Guests may display one portable, removable official Country (e.g. US, Canada, etc.) flag, or official flag of the State, not larger than 4½ feet by 6 feet, in a respectful manner in or on their RV or site. Guests may also display one portable, removable official flag, not larger than 4½ feet by6 feet, which represents the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, sports teams, holidays, non-political or a POW-MIA flag in a respectful manner in or on their RV or site. No other flags may be displayed on the RV, on the lot, or anywhere else, to include any and all political flags, signs, or advertisements.

Reservations, Cancellations and Refund Policies.

Reservation Policy:
• Daily Reservations. If reservation is made 14 days or less from date of arrival, payment in full is required at time of booking.
• Daily Reservations. If reservation is made 15-29 days from date of arrival, a 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due on or prior to arrival.
• Long term reservations of 30 days or longer. A 25% deposit on the first month of the reservation is required at time of booking and the remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.

General Cancellation Policies:
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• A no show will result in forfeit of the entire deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.
• There will be no refunds for shortened lengths of stay.
• There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, but dates can be changed as long as the dates are within the same year.

Cancellation of Daily Reservations (Less than 30 Days)
• Cancellations 14 days or more before check-in, will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of Long Term (30 days or more) Reservations
• Cancellations 30 days or more before check in date will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations less than 30 days or more before check-in, will forfeit their deposit.

Annual (12 months) – Early Departure
• Rate will revert to appropriate rate for actual RV site stay unless the monthly rate is less than the annual rate. Any refund due will be determined using                          the adjusted rate.
• Refunds will be made according to original payment type.
• Credit card payments will be credited to original credit card.
• Refunds for reservations paid by Check will be processed at Cove’s home office. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund.


A refundable $100.00 security deposit and non-refundable $35.00 cleaning fee will be added to your remaining balance on day of check-in.  A non-refundable $30.00 per pet fee (max of 2) will be added to pet friendly cabins.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We allow no more than three (3) pets per RV site.  No more than two (2) pets allowed in “Pet Friendly” cabins with a weight limit of 35 pounds each. Management reserves the right to reject any pets.

All pets must be always on a leash.  No pet shall be left tied or otherwise unattended at any time. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including all pet excrement. Pets are not permitted in the public amenity areas, including but not limited to bathrooms, pool areas or restaurant bar. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually), or danger to other occupants or visitors of the Resort. The Resort shall have no liability to family members or guests for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any pet. Any guest not following these rules are subject to a fine or removal from Resort.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, washers and dryers are available in the laundry room located near pool pavilion. Cost per wash is $2.50 and the cost for dry is $2.25. Machines take both coin and card. Quarters can be exchanged at market.

Do you have an on-site restaurant?

Yes, we have a restaurant called the Lake House, it is open Wednesday-Saturday from 4 p.m.-9 p.m. We offer in person dining and takeout.
We also have a poolside Bar & Grill open daily from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Can I get more info on the cabins?

We have 7 Cabins:

  • 5 sleep up to 6 people
  • 2 sleep up to 8 people
  • One main bedroom with Queen size bed
  • One upstairs loft with Queen size bed
  • One full size pull-out couch
  • 2 of them have bunkbeds
  • Full bathroom
  • Full kitchen

What is included:

  • Linens for beds and towels (1 set provided, Extra linens $25)
  • Kitchen has toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, crockery, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator
  • Cable TV and streaming services available


  • $170-$250 per night
  • $100 refundable security deposit
  • $35 cleaning fee
  • 50% deposit due at booking


  • Cabins 1, 2, and 4 allow pets
  • $30 per pet fee, MAX of 2 pets up to 35lbs
