The Perfect Family Getaway at CreekFire Resort in Savannah, Georgia

If you are looking for the perfect family getaway, look no further! CreekFire Resort in Savannah, Georgia has the perfect mix of family fun, relaxation, and amenities that your entire family will enjoy! We are a full-time RV family who have been traveling the USA for the past 18 months, with stays in over 50 RV parks and resorts. We have never had an experience quite like the one we had while visiting CreekFire Resort, and we mean that in the BEST way possible!
At nearly nine months pregnant, with a husband, two toddlers and a dog in tow, I was looking to book a resort where we could have our last bit of quality family time as a family of four, before heading back to Texas to have our baby boy! Upon entering the resort, we were very impressed with the overall “look” of CreekFire Resort, between the beautiful landscaping, well-kept buildings and inviting pools and spa. Our children were equally impressed by the large playground, tennis and basketball courts, splash pad and lazy river! After checking in, we learned of other fun amenities the resort offers, such as: a nature trail, kayak, canoe, boat and golf cart rentals, along with billiards, darts and ping pong, to name a few.
During our stay, we were able to enjoy all of the water attractions and especially liked enjoying drinks from the pool grill and bar. We enjoyed fishing from the docks at the expansive lake that is on the property. It was very convenient having the general store on-site, so we could quickly pick up any necessities without having to go outside of the resort. The staff at CreekFire Resort is second-to-none and the resort is perfectly staffed! You never had to look far for assistance, and every staff member we interacted with was personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the resort.
CreekFire says it is more than just a campground. It is an experience! And that is very true! The experience we had while guests of the resort was amazing. They delivered great service and amenities and we especially loved that they offer not only RV sites, but also have resort cottages you can rent, as well. This resort would be so much fun for friends and family to vacation together. Or, if you are just passing through as we were, you will also find it to be a great time, with friendly guests, all throughout the park. We met so many new friends while staying at CreekFire and cannot wait for a return visit! We are proud to give CreekFire Resort our number one spot as the best resort for family fun! Just beware, you may end up having such a good time at CreekFire Resort, that you decide not to drive the short 20-minute drive into downtown Savannah, to enjoy all the city has to offer!
