4th of July 250th Celebration
- 10:00 am @ the Activity Center
Start off the celebration with a bike and golf cart parade, meeting at the Activity Center to kick off the fun. The parade will begin at 10:30 am and travel around Holiday RV Park before heading to the Holiday RV Veteran Tribute Park at 11:00 am for a special flag raising ceremony.
Following the ceremony, residents can enjoy a community potluck in the Activity Center. To end the day, we’ll celebrate poolside with live entertainment by DJ Warzy from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. The day will also include games, prizes, surprises, and more patriotic fun throughout the park. Sign up for the potluck in the Ken Jones building.

Step back into the Roaring Twenties for an evening of mystery, music, and intrigue. Holiday’s Marina will be transformed into a secret speakeasy where guests can help solve a murder mystery while enjoying an interactive 1920s-themed experience. Dress in your favorite era-inspired attire or come as you are. Bring your favorite cocktail, and enjoy complimentary mocktails available during the event.

Mobility and Injury Prevention Workshop

Join our Preemptive Health Nurses for an educational workshop focused on staying active and preventing common injuries. Learn simple stretches, mobility exercises, and injury prevention techniques designed for activities like pickleball, golf, swimming, and everyday movement. The workshop will include a guided 10-minute warm-up routine that can be done seated or standing, and tips from your nurses on maintaining strength, balance, and mobility.
