WHAT IS A COVE WORK CAMPER?
A Cove Work Camper is a seasonal employee hired at one of Cove’s RV resorts or manufactured home communities for a designated time period. Work Campers can be retired couples looking to supplement their income while traveling in their RV, single RVers or even families that are home schooling their children. We welcome all different Work Campers at Cove!
HOW LONG WILL ONE COMMITMENT LAST?
Generally Cove’s Work Campers are hired for a season, which is normally considered three to six months, but can be up to a year. The commitment will depend on the location of the resort or community and the specific position available.
IS A CAMPSITE PROVIDED?
In most cases, the open positions will be at one of Cove’s RV Resorts and there will be an available RV site. The type of the site can vary, but all will have electricity and hook ups. The cost of the site will likely be part of the reimbursement agreement, but can vary by resort and/or community.

WHAT KINDS OF JOBS ARE AVAILABLE?
As with compensation, a variety of jobs will be available dependent on the resort. Each resort will determine how many Work Campers they need and what positions they will hire for. DO THEY HIRE SINGLE WORK CAMPERS?
Yes. Single Work Campers are encouraged to join our team. All of our resorts are pet friendly too and will generally welcome your pets as well.
WILL I GET BENEFITS?
