Booking your next Maine vacation and staying exactly where you want is now easier than ever. Point Sebago Resort is introducing site locking starting with 2025 vacation reservations.
This means you can reserve your favorite cabin, the glamping tent with the best view, or the one RV site closest to the showers.
Site lock reservations are $25 and are the only way to guarantee your exact site campsite location. The reservation extra keeps family traditions consistent and guarantees that larger groups can stay together in neighboring sites.
The upgrade is available online for new reservations or can be added by calling 1-800-655-1232.
Online Booking: How to Reserve a Specific Site
Cabin rentals, tiny homes, stargazers, glamping tents, and RV sites are all available for site lock online. Occupancy and campsite amenities vary depending on site style. Discover the differences by exploring the Ways to Stay webpage on the Point Sebago website.
STEP 1: Check Site Availability
Check to see if your preferred site type (rental cabin, stargazer, RV site, etc.) is available during your vacation dates. Go to the reservation booking page and select:
- A way to stay (site type)
- Dates
- Occupancy
Available ways to stay will populate after you tap “apply.”
STEP 2: Site Lock Your Maine Vacation
During the reservation booking stage, select a site type and tap “book now” to search specific available locations. You’re able to select your desired site number from the dropdown for $25.
Note: Site numbers can be found while booking a vacation online or on the maps listed below.
You can also view a map to help you choose your location. Please note: the map shows all sites at the resort, but only those listed in the dropdown are available for the dates you’ve selected.
Leave the section blank if you prefer to have a site assigned to you at check-in.
Site Lock Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can call Point Sebago at 1-800-655-1232 to add a site lock to a previous upcoming reservation. Point Sebago Resort will not charge $25 for site lock on reservations booked before April 10, 2025.
Site lock fees are refunded in accordance with the Cove Communities cancellation policy and are included in the total reservation price.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund. There are no site lock refunds for early checkouts or no-shows.
Guests can receive a refund, minus the 25% deposit if a reservation is cancelled with more than 14 days notice.
The dropdown menu only shows available sites for the dates and site type you selected. Availability can only be searched by site type and date.
At this time, the Point Sebago Resort booking system does not allow guests to search availability by site number or location.
