Residents have full access to amenities and community sponsored events. There is no outstanding HOA nor resort fees, as everything is included in your monthly lot rent. Your friendly neighbors and Village team support are always around!
Yes, Mountain View is a land lease community. Purchasing here provides you with the peace-of-mind in your homeowner-ship while avoiding land and real estate taxes. This lifestyle gives you opportunities to purchase a vacation or year-round home, and allows you to save some money doing so.
A small pass through property tax is included in your monthly lot rental fee, so you do not have any large tax bills to pay semi-annually.
You can rent out your home after obtaining the operators’ written permission. It includes entering a site agreement and renters complying with the terms and conditions of the agreement: Caring for premises, reporting any physical repairs and maintenance, paying utility bills in a timely manner, no illegal activity on premises, and not interfering with the peace-of-mind of your neighbors.
There is no on-site HOA at Mountain View Village. There are possibilities that a resident-run HOA group may organize a number of activities alongside the community sponsored events.
