A small pass through property tax is included in your monthly lot rental fee, so you do not have any large tax bills to pay semi-annually.
You can rent out your home after obtaining the operators’ written permission. It includes entering a site agreement and renters complying with the terms and conditions of the agreement: Caring for premises, reporting any physical repairs and maintenance paying utility bills in a timely manner, no illegal activity on premises, and not interfering with the pace-of-mind of your neighbors.
There is no on-site HOA at Mountain View Village. There are possibilities that a resident-run HOA group may organize a number of activities alongside the community sponsored events.
