Ways to Stay at Point Sebago Resort

Vacation Club

Vacation Club Homes

With about 900 square feet of living space, vacation homes are Point Sebago’s roomiest lodging option. These are lovely well appointed vacation get-a-ways owned by someone who loves Point Sebago enough to own property here and are rented out on their behalf by the Resort. These 2-bedroom, 2-bath, fully furnished vacation homes feature a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, air conditioning, linens, TV, deck(s), and grill. WiFi and cable will vary by owner preference.

These vacation homes are on the golf course side of Point Sebago, just a few minutes golf cart ride away from the beach, activities, and entertainment. Many of our guests find the extra space and amenities available in a vacation home to be well worth the extra distance.

Vacation Club Cottages & Cabins

Vacation Club Cottages

Cottages offer a wide variety of floor plans and are among the Resort’s more modern cabin rentals, many with screened rooms, front porch and deck seating as well as a variety of other well-appointed accommodation options. At Cove Circle, rental cottages are located directly on the water and guests are welcomed to a new, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, modern park model cottage with a front porch, private fire pit, dock and beach area. All of this and a waterfront view nestled into a beautiful sandy cove.

Vacation Club Cabins

These cozy park model cabins offer a comfortable lake retreat. Cabin layouts and amenities vary by rental and all have a fully-open and equipped kitchen, furnished living room, one or two bedrooms, and full bathroom(s) with shower.

Resort Cottages & Cabins

Cottages and Cabins are comfortable and convenient ways to stay at Point Sebago. There are a variety of options to choose from. Point Sebago’s Basic, Standard and Premium Cabins and Cottages are all approximately 400 square feet (50% larger than the average hotel room) and can sleep between 4 and 6 people, depending on the number of bedrooms. They all have the charm of camping without having to camp!

Our Basic Cabins offer that step up from tent camping with all the conveniences of home. These are Point Sebago’s most economical accommodations. All Basic Cabins have a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and cookware), furnished living room, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, floor air conditioner and electric heat. Guests will enjoy the convenience of an attached wooden deck or porch complete with picnic seating and a fire ring.

Meanwhile, Point Sebago’s Standard Cabins offer a comfortable lake retreat and each cabin has recently been updated with a fully-open and equipped kitchen and furnished living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom with shower.

Premium Cabins & Cottages

Premium Cabins and Cottages also come in a variety of floor plans and are among the Resort’s more modern rentals. This fleet includes the popular Designer Cottages (Salt Box, Alexander and Low Country) and include all of the amenities available in other cabins and cottages, front porch seating and a variety of other well-appointed options. And, we cannot forget to mention the Double Deckers ideally located on the water front, boasting an upper deck and complete with some of the best views of the lake.

RV Sites

Point Sebago Resort was originally a campground and, even though we’ve grown a lot over the years, we still play homage to our camping roots.

Point Sebago has 100 RV sites to choose from and tents are allowed in the RV camping areas. In the spring and fall, there’s even a special Gas Savers Program. All Sites have water and electricity. Many have septic hookups and pump-out service is available. Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on leash, but cannot be walked on the beach or brought into the common areas (Sebago Square, Beach Pavilion, Sports Center and the like).

Gas Saver Program

Point Sebago is a gem, and in the spring and fall this lakefront rustically elegant resort is a bit quieter, encouraging guests to stop and smell the pine trees, families to congregate for unhurried days by the lake, and romantics to toss the car keys for a deep dive into the Maine woods.

Gas Saver guests can take advantage of discounted RV Gas Saver rates and save fuel, time and big bucks. Just leave your RV on-site with no packing up, and no hassle of moving your RV every time you want to getaway, it’s the ultimate camp fun!

Our spring program runs from May 2 to June 23 and the fall program is September 3 to October 13.
