Cabins and Cottages are comfortable and convenient ways to stay at Point Sebago. There are a variety of options to choose from. Point Sebago's Basic, Standard and Premium Cabins and Cottages are all approximately 400 square feet (50% larger than the average hotel room) and can sleep up to six people. They have all the charm of camping without having to camp!

Below is a quick guide when you are deciding which way to stay is the best fit for you.

• Beachfront - Located on or near the Beach. Some with access to a Private Beach.
• Waterfront - Directly on the water (not a Beach)
• Beach - Easy access to the Beach
• Cove Marina View - Views of the Marina area of our Cove

All the Basics!

All cabins and cottages include basic kitchen utensils like: pots, pans, flatware, silverware and glasses, a coffee maker and toaster. Some accommodations include linens and towels, for those that do not, packages are available for a small fee if you forget yours at home. There are also a number of cabins on Birch Circle and Green Road that are pet friendly. There is an additional pet cleaning fee.

Basic and Standard Cabin Rentals.

Basic Cabins offer that step up from tent camping with all the conveniences of home. These are Point Sebago's most economical accommodations. All Basic Cabins have a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and cookware), furnished living room, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, floor air conditioner and electric heat. Guests will enjoy the convenience of an attached wooden deck complete with picnic seating. Some of our Basic Cabins are pet friendly.

Standard Cabins offer a comfortable lake retreat. Each cabin has been recently updated and has a fully-open and equipped kitchen and furnished living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Standard Cabins have a floor air conditioner and electric heat. Some Standard Cabins are also pet friendly.

Premium Cabins and Cottage Rentals.

Point Sebago's Premium accommodations offer a wide variety of floor plans and are among the Resort's more modern rentals, including Designer Cottages, lakefront Cove Circle cottages, a fleet of new park cottages with front porch seating, and a variety of other well-appointed accommodation options.

At Cove View Circle, located directly on the water, guests can stay in a new, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, modern park model cottage complete with a front porch, private fire pit, dock and beach area. All of this and a waterfront view nestled into a beautiful sandy cove.

Some cottages also offer a loft, check availability and rates for specifics on each rental.

The Alexander

The Alexander is perfect for your next family vacation or weekend adventure. At 399 square feet, there's still room for six with its thoughtful, farmhouse design featuring built-in closets, bunk beds and a wide storage ladder leading into the spacious sleeping loft.

Two-Story Cottages - The Double Deckers.

These beauties boasts two large bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom and access to the upper deck. Downstairs, sprawl out in the open concept living room and kitchen. Did we mention the view? These cottages are located on the Island with a beautiful view.
