Event Venue Basics
Each event package is customizable to fit your needs. Mix and match to create the perfect package and host colleagues, family, and friends at Point Sebago Resort. Here’s what you need to know to get started:
- Non-guests can book Point Sebago event packages.
- Event spaces are available from May to October.
- Rentals are available in 4-hour windows.
- Event reservations require a minimum of 25 people.
- Venue pricing includes up to 100 guests.
- Packages do not include lodging.
- Catering is available as an add-on.
- Organizers can hire additional vendors (photographers, catering services, etc.) for events. All vendors must be approved by Point Sebago Resort management.

Grove Package
Celebrate close to the shores of Sebago Lake with the Grove Package. Host your event outside under Point Sebago Resort’s large lakeside canopy. The waterfront venue includes picnic tables and beach access.
Point Sebago catering is not available with the Grove Package.
Alcohol is not permitted in this area.

Sunset Package
Give your event a casual, fun feel in the Sunset Lounge. The Sunset Package offers groups hosting private events an indoor-outdoor space. There’s a bar, pool tables, bar games, and space for catering setup within the lounge.
Outside, there’s a tented event space with picnic tables and Sebago Lake beach access.

- Spring (May 1 – June 21): $1,750
- Summer (June 22 – Sept. 7): $2,000
- Fall (Sept. 8 – Oct. 12): $1,750
Conference Package
Only a few feet from the sandy beach is Point Sebago’s largest event space in the Sebago Lounge, located in the Beach Pavilion. Perfect for company meetings or as a wedding reception venue.
The Conference Package includes tables, chairs, speakers, and microphones. A projector is also available upon request.

Event Package Extras
Customize your upcoming Point Sebago event with outdoor games, team building on the volleyball court, or extra time in the arcade. All three extras can be added to the packages listed above.
Activity Equipment
Keep guests busy with extras sure to bring out the competitive streak during your event. Add up to three sets of activity equipment to your venue:

Reserved Sports Courts
Up the level of competition on the newly remodeled Point Sebago sports courts. Court reservation rates are hourly and you must reserve the court for the entirety of your event venue rental. Reserve one of these popular courts:

- Basketball

Arcade Extras
Let the whole group play! Add on arcade cards for your entire party and receive $10 of free play per person.
Each guest receives a $30 arcade card with the Point Sebago extra. Must be booked for the entire group headcount. Minimum headcount of 25 is required.

Event Venue FAQs
No. Your reserved venue space is the only area closed to resort guests during your event time.
Point Sebago is an active, seasonal resort with common areas open to guests. The resort cannot close beach access or nearby venues during your event.
Event booking is available for the 2026 season (limited availability during summer) and the 2027 season which runs May to mid-October.
Yes, a 25% deposit will be required to reserve your date and venue.
Yes, organizers can book an event to go beyond the standard 4-hour block for an additional hourly fee.

There is a $10 per person charge for every guest beyond the first 100.
