When you long to hear the sound of “Fore!”, you can check out Cypress Creek Golf Club in Ruskin or nearby Freedom Fairways Golf Course in Sun City Center.
Just 30 minutes from River Vista, in Tampa you’ll find 100+ more courses with an option for any level of golfer. Play a few rounds at TPC Tampa Bay, which used to host the Champions Tour, or Innisbrook Resort, home to the PGA Valspar Championship. Or you can head over to the two Top-100 courses at Cabot Citrus Farms (previously known as World Woods Golf Club).
Some courses are private, requiring membership, so it’s always a good idea to inquire if the course is open to non-members. Tampa has a lot to offer when it comes to golf, but of course, after a great day on the back nine, you can come home to River Vista for a great evening.
