Short-term guests who are not 55+ may stay up to 2 weeks.
Permanent RV Park residents must be 55+.
Site rentals are for 2 people. There is an extra daily charge for additional people. Residents may have visitors for up to 2 weeks free of charge.
Check in hours are from Noon-11 p.m. Check out is at Noon. Late arrivals can pick up a packet with a map and parking pass after hours at the Welcome Gate. Late arrival guests must check in with the office the following business morning.
Pool hours are 9 a.m.-dusk for our outdoor pool and 24 hours for our indoor pool.
Yes, we are on the Chain of Lakes! We are also located near Mount Dora, Emeralda Marsh Conservation Area, Paquette’s Historical Farmall Museum, and Venetian Gardens. Under 50 miles from Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and Silver Springs.
Yes, we have 41 channels for $2/day or $30/month.
Open ground fires are not permitted; however raised fire pits are allowed with the use of a spark reducing cover.
Yes, at the Main Office front desk.
Yes, our rates are for daily/weekly/monthly with discounted rates for 4-6 month stays.
We do not, but there are several services close by.
Yes, we have free basic service and upgraded service through a vendor.
Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per site as part of the Cove Communities pet policy. Pets must be kept on a leash, clean up after them and do not disturb others. We have pet wash stations and a pet park.
Yes, we have laundry facilities for our guests and residents. Cost per wash is $2.25 and the cost for dry is $2.00. Machines take both coin and card.
Yes, we are, and would love the opportunity to host your event/rally.
Guests may not post “Beware of Dog” or “No Trespassing” type signs on the Recreational Vehicle, hereby “RV” (e.g. trailer, motorhome, fifth wheel, etc.) site or in / on the windows of the RV. Guests may display one portable, removable official Country (e.g. US, Canada, etc.) flag, or official flag of the State, not larger than 4 1⁄2 feet by 6 feet, in a respectful manner in or on their RV or site. Guests may also display one portable, removable official flag, not larger than 4½ feet by 6 feet, which represents the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, sports teams, holidays, non-political or a POW-MIA flag in a respectful manner in or on their RV or site. No other flags may be displayed on the RV, on the lot, or anywhere else, to include any and all political flags, signs, or advertisements.
- Reservation Policy:

- Daily Reservations (less than 14 days) – payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Daily Reservations (15-29 days) – a 25% deposit is required during booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
- Long Term Reservations (30 days or more) – a 10% deposit on the total stay is required during booking. The balance is due no less than 30 days before arrival. A utility deposit will be required.
- A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to all reservations of 30 days or more.
- General Cancellation Policies:

- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- A no show will result in forfeit of the entire deposit and the reservation will be canceled.
- There will be no refunds for shortened lengths of stay.
- There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, but dates can be changed as long as the dates are within the same year (within 12 months of the original reservation).
- Cancellation of Daily Reservations (Less than 30 Days)

- Cancellations 14 days or more before check-in, will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled less than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation of Long-Term (30 days or more) Reservations

- Cancellations 30 days or more before check in date will receive a refund less a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 30 days or more before check-in, will forfeit their deposit.
- Annual (12 months) – Early Departure

- Rate will revert to the appropriate rate for actual RV site stay unless the monthly rate is less than the annual rate. Any refund due will be determined using the adjusted rate.
- Refunds will be made according to the original payment type.
- Credit card payments will be credited to the original credit card.
- Refunds for reservations paid by Check will be processed at Cove’s home office. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund.
