2026 Projects
New Clubhouse Coming to Blueway
Work is underway on the new clubhouse at Blueway RV Park. Crews broke ground on the project in April 2026.
The new clubhouse features upgrades from the previous building, which was damaged in Hurricane Ian in 2022.
The rebuilt clubhouse is expected to open next year. It will include meeting space for events/parties, bathrooms, office space, a small kitchen, and a general store for Blueway guests.

Wi-Fi Outage Due to Construction
Internet is limited at Blueway RV Park until further notice due to the clubhouse rebuild. Guests can access Wi-Fi at the swimming pools and pavilion in the meantime.

The natural setting also inspired Blueway RV Park’s name. The Gulf Coast RV resort gets its name from the incredible Great Calusa Blueway, a nearby kayak trail in the Fort Myers area. The trail runs 190 miles along the Gulf of Mexica weaving between bays, rivers, creeks, flats, and mangroves.
