How a Seasonal RV Site Works
From May to late October, seasonal RV guests enjoy access to everything Point Sebago offers, from themed weekends to waterfront amenities.
Camp on your schedule without packing up your RV or travel trailer.
At the end of the season, keep your rig on site all winter during the off-season. There’s no need to pay for RV storage back home.

*Point Sebago is closed to guests and does not offer amenities from late October to May including people with seasonal RV sites. Guests with seasonal sites can check on their RV during the off-season. However, there is no power or water.
**Seasonal sites are restricted to recreational vehicles less than 5 years old. RVs manufactured before 2020 are subject to a manager’s approval. RVs older than 15 years are not permitted on the property.
