A note from Point Sebago General Manager Matt Hesser with updates on what is changing at the lakeside resort. Read on for what you can expect during the 2025 season on Sebago Lake and see the 2025 season brochure that will be hitting mailboxes soon.
Welcome Point Sebago Campers!
We are thrilled to welcome everyone back for another incredible summer on the lake as part of the Point Sebago Resort community.
Summer vacation cabins are filling up fast. However, there’s still availability. You’ll find great Point Sebago discounts and availability, especially for spring RV sites. There’s even limited availability still for Memorial Day Weekend vacations.

The team has been working all winter to dial in services and operations to continue to elevate our facilities and offerings.
You’ve heard us say before to “be better today than we were yesterday,” and we continue to march forward to provide the best we can for this community of excited campers.
Changes for the 2025 Point Sebago Season
+ The inflatable obstacle course at Waterski Beach has been removed and will not return for the 2025 season.
+ The sports complex is being renovated!
In the fall of 2024, asphalt repairs were made. Now, we are waiting for the weather to cooperate to complete the resurface work. The new sports complex will have 12 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, and the sand area is being replaced with new sand. Our target date to reopen the Sports Complex is Friday, May 23, 2025. The Sports Complex will be closed for all users until the Grand Reopening Date (TBD).
+ We’ve partnered with Mow’s Munchies, an award-winning Maine Food Truck, to take over the old Snack Bar. They’ll be serving up award-winning burgers and fries, and of course, they’ll still serve ice cream.
+ The food and beverage team have been creating new menu items, specials, and stronger to-go offerings at the General Store.
+ We’ve partnered with Sebago Trails to provide canoe, kayak, and stand-up-paddleboards rentals, instruction, and tours. Keep an eye out for their new services.
+ Lifestyle Manager Alison Simpson and the team have come up with some great new themed weekends and activities for this year. Plan for your vacation by checking the online activity calendar or download the CampersApp to see hour-by-hour family-friendly options.
+ The turf team at Point Sebago Golf Course started enhancement work on hole 2, as well as clearing vegetation on many others. The team is also working on a long-term course enhancement plan to guide our improvements over time.
+ Coming soon… check out the New Cottage Model Center located next to the Welcome Center. Take a peek at the different upgrade options offered by Elevation and Kropf Park Models.
We’re continuing to work on our infrastructure. More details to come for Resident’s Appreciation Weekend.
