So you booked a Maine vacation to the majestic Sebago Lake – the countdown is on! But here’s what you should know and our packing recommendation for you to fully enjoy your stay.
Point Sebago is a resort camping experience. We’re in the woods near Sebago Lake State Park, which is amazing, but it means you won’t find any big-box stores nearby. So it’s important to plan what to pack whether you’ve booked an RV site, glamping tent, or cabin.

Hitch up the family boat when you vacation at Point Sebago Lake. Our sandy beach gives guests an incredible view of the deepest and second-largest lake in Maine. There’s a marina on site and boat rentals for anyone hoping to explore Sebago Lake, nearby Songo River, and Brandy Pond within the 55 square miles of inland waterways.
Slip Rentals
You can request a boat slip if you’re bringing a boat for a summer full of water sports. Slip rentals include power and access to the on-site boat launch. Dock slips fill up fast, especially in summer so don’t wait.
Don’t forget, that all motorized watercraft must display a Preserve Maine Waters sticker. Stickers can be purchased online or at the Point Sebago Guest HUB during check-in.
Rent a Boat
You don’t need to own a boat to soak up the sun on Sebago Lake. Rent a pontoon boat, kayak, or canoe. Book a pontoon boat through Moose Landing Marina online or by calling 207-558-8052.
