Chokoloskee’s rental units provide a cozy home away from home! All of the resort cottages are thoughtfully equipped with everything to make your stay more enjoyable: Private bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook that catch of the day.

The Cobia sleeps up to 3 guests, while The Permit sleeps up to 7 and The Captain's Lodge accommodates up to 10 guests. No matter the size of your party, there is always something for everyone at Chokoloskee Island Resort. Each unit is unique, so be sure to check them all out to find your perfect getaway spot!

This rental is designed to accommodate groups up to 8 people with all of the pleasures of home! A full eat-in kitchen, large living space with french doors, fully-screened lanai, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and parking for 2 vehicles.

  • Late returns: $50/0.5 hours past time.
