Yes, the primary owner of the home must be at least 55 years of age.
Residents have full access to all of the resort-style amenities and resort sponsored activities, everything is included in the monthly lot rent. You will be living with friendly neighbors and have the support of your management team. This type of lifestyle also provides you an opportunity to purchase a beautifully appointed vacation home or year-round home in a high-demand destination location while freeing up money so that you can make the most of this new lifestyle.
At The Waters, a small pass through property tax is included in your monthly lot rental fee, so you do not have any large tax bills to pay semi-annually.
Yes, you may rent out your home as long as the prospective tenant passes a background check prior to occupancy. The background check is $25/per adult and must be approved by the management of The Waters.
There is no community ownership-run HOA at The Waters. The HOA is organized and run by the residents, Holiday Haven Homeowner’s, INC. (Voluntary fee $20/per year)
