About CLHA
The Cypress Lakes Village‘s Homeowner Association (CLHA) of Lakeland, Florida, is the only legal body recognized by the State of Florida to act on behalf of the residents that make up our 55+ community.
The CLHA meets regularly with the management of Cypress Lakes Village, acting as a “watchdog” on important items that affect our community, as well as our quality of life. These items can include homesite/lot lease increases, changes in rules and regulations, and changes in services.
The CLHA also promotes and supports the many activities available to our residents such as veterans’ events, 19th Holers golf events, and Garden Club events, to name a few. It also supports community projects that maintain and enhance residents’ overall quality of life.
